A 52-YEAR-OLD HIV-positive man has told the court that he cannot use a condom during sex with his HIV-negative wife, claiming that his age makes it difficult to use one and that it reduces sensation. He argued that if his wife could not take PrEP, he would prefer divorce over using protection, which he has difficulty using.
