KABWE Central PF aspiring member of parliament Tutwa Ngulube has called on ECZ to allow the PF and UPND to resume campaigns in Lusaka and three other districts, saying the punishment has been served. On Tuesday last week, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) suspended PF and UPND campaigns in Lusaka, Namwala, Mpulungu and Nakonde with immediate effect citing escalating violence in the areas. ECZ chief electoral officer Patrick Nshindano said the suspension would be reviewed after 14 days.
