PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says Zambia’s creditors will on 16 June this week sit to discuss and resolve the country’s debt crisis. And President Hichilema says he wants the UPND administration to separate public funds from political party funds, bragging that the ruling party managed to fund itself for 23 years without government help.
