ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala says the new dawn government has stood with the poor to ensure that they enjoy immediate benefits whenever there is a positive change in market forces which determine pump prices. But PF central committee member Davies Mwila says as long as the reduction in fuel prices does not culminate into reduced commodity prices, Zambians won’t see any difference.
