ANTI-Corruption Commission (ACC) Director General Gilbert Phiri says the Commission has launched investigations into the tendering process which resulted in the awarding of a contract to Kafelix Investments Limited for the supply of 75 motorbikes at K130,000 each. And Ministry of Information Media Director and Spokesperson Thabo Kawana says the said contract expires today, adding that the tender will be re-advertised under the “new dawn rules” because the supplier has not supplied any motorbikes.
