LUMEZI Independent member of parliament Munir Zulu has charged that the Speaker was being petty, personal and vindictive by suspending him, vowing that he will jump on someone one day “in that House”. On Friday, Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti suspended Zulu for 30 days for using obscene language in the House.
