DEFENCE Minister Ambrose Lufuma says all audits are better done by the Office of Auditor General, and has wondered that maybe the Auditor General has valid reasons for sub-contracting a private firm to audit security wings. And Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha says the Auditor General is entitled to sub-contract, and wondered whether foreigners were not involved in the installation of security gadgets that the country is apprehensive about exposing.
