MINISTER of Foreign Affairs and International Corporation Stanely Kakubo says on his next trip, President Hakainde Hichilema will bring in over $20 million which will go towards budget support. Debating the budget in Parliament, Tuesday, Kakubo said during PF’s reign, Zambia only had bilateral relations with four countries, which was not the case now.
