MINISTER of Foreign Affairs and International Corporation Stanely Kakubo says on his next trip, President Hakainde Hichilema will bring in over $20 million which will go towards budget support. Debating the budget in Parliament, Tuesday, Kakubo said during PF’s reign, Zambia only had bilateral relations with four countries, which was not the case now. He also refuted claims that the new dawn government was sending cadres into the foreign service. “The PF government, madam chairperson, took this country in the wrong direction in as far as foreign policy is concerned.
