PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says the opposition is shooting in the dark by raising “non-existent matters” that the President is securing public tenders for his friends. And Bwalya says the IDC CEO will be appointed in due course, adding that there is nothing causing the delay.
