PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says the opposition is shooting in the dark by raising “non-existent matters” that the President is securing public tenders for his friends. And Bwalya says the IDC CEO will be appointed in due course, adding that there is nothing causing the delay. Commenting on Mporokoso PF MP Brian Mundubile’s statement that most public procurements were single-sourced under the UPND government so that tenders were awarded to contractors who were friends with those in leadership, Bwalya described the remarks as ridiculous.
