GOVERNMENT says First Lady Mutinta Hichilema did not use the Gulfstream presidential jet when travelling to Dubai, but a commercial flight. Deputy Secretary to Cabinet for administration Dr Oliver Kalabo says it’s coincidental that the Gulfstream G650 was taken to Dubai for its annual periodic maintenance, on the same day the First Lady was travelling.
