RENOWNED historian and lecturer Sishuwa Sishuwa has applauded President Hakainde Hichilema for abolishing the death penalty and quashing the criminal defamation of the President offence. And Sishuwa says President Hichilema should remain committed to repealing the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act.
