GOVERNANCE and Anti-Corruption Researcher Rueben Lifuka says the test of legitimacy of any anti-corruption crusade lies in how law enforcement agencies deal with corruption allegations against serving ministers and other public officials. Lifuka has also urged government to put in place necessary measures this year aimed at strengthening law enforcement agencies like ACC, DEC, FIC and the Office of the Public Protector.
