DON’T be unduly influenced by political statements in determination of cases, Chief Justice Mumba Malila has told judges. And Dr Malila has warned that public officials engaged in criminal conduct will be brought to justice as soon as prima facie evidence of criminality is established against them. Meanwhile, Dr Malila says the Economic and Financial Crimes Court has managed to conclude 12 cases since its creation a year ago.
