PF Information and Publicity Secretary Raphael Nakacinda says Gary Nkombo’s decision to rescind his earlier directive to local authorities to clear out street vendors shows that the current government is being micro-managed. And the Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) says government should consult widely on matters of public interest before announcing any decisions.
