POLICE in Mongu have arrested 12 suspects who attempted to sell a 17-year-old male student of Sefula Combined School for the Blind, living with Albinism. In a statement, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale revealed that according to investigations, a plot to traffic the 17-year-old started in October 2022 and a picture of the victim was sent to the purported buyers in Lusaka.
