THE Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) has lamented that it is unfair that all civil servants have benefited from the 10.5 percent salary increment except medical doctors. The association claims that some medical doctors have only received a five percent increment, in some cases a seven percent, while others have received none whatsoever. Government awarded public service workers a 10.5 percent salary increment last year, for the year 2023.
