POLICE has revealed that it is investigating a matter in which a 12-year-old girl was defiled by her 74-year-old stepfather and 24-year-old stepbrother in Chirundu. According to the police, the two suspects have since been arrested. In a statement, Monday, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale disclosed that the victim, a grade three pupil, was noticed exhibiting strange behaviour while in class.
