THE Ministry of Housing, Infrastructure, and Urban Development says it has observed some bottleneck areas in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Act which need repealing. And Housing, Infrastructure, and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says government is rehabilitating the Chinsali-Nakonde road, and works are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023. Meanwhile, Tanzania’s Minister of Works and Transport, Professor Makame Mbarawa says his government has also started the PPP process and therefore wants to learn more from Zambia.
