POLICE in Kitwe on the Copperbelt have impounded a truck registration number BAJ 1556 and trailer number BAG 6937 T laden with suspected copper concentrate weighing 35.209 tonnes, without documents. Police have also disclosed that the driver, Fred Ngongonya, 29, and the security officer, Shadreck Mulenga, have been detained in custody for being found in possession of goods suspected to have been unlawfully obtained.
