SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says despite Zambia being endowed with natural resources, it’s still struggling due to poor leadership. Dr M’membe says what the country needs is collective leadership that not only involves politicians, but also religious leaders, traditional leaders, and other civic leaders.
