FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says she will sue the state in order to get a “ka something” for being unfairly incarcerated. Meanwhile, Phiri says maybe she was too quick to announce her intentions to contest the PF presidency because she first needs to mobilise the nomination fee. Speaking when she featured on Diamond TV, Sunday, Phiri said the state entered into a nolle prosequi because it expected her not to sue for compensation.
