MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says his predecessor, Richard Musukwa, left the mining sector in a mess, adding that the Glencore and Mopani deal was signed by criminals. And Kabuswe says Musukwa is dull. On Saturday, Musukwa said he had noted that the mining industry was in a crisis and that people were losing confidence every day.
