POLICE in Nchelenge District have arrested a Zambia Correctional Service (ZCS) officer for assault, malicious damage to property and unlawful discharge of tear smoke canisters following a succession wrangle with his young brother. Saidi Waswa, of Kilwa island on Lake Mweru, is alleged to have committed the offences after his young brother was installed chief, leaving him out.
