LUAPULA Province UPND Information and Publicity Secretary Joseph Mwakwa says the party has instituted disciplinary proceedings against party members who went to give solidarity to former Luapula Province Minister Derricky Chilundika. Last week, some UPND members from Luapula travelled to Nchanga to give solidarity to Chilundika after he was arrested over alleged illegal mining of Sugilite.
