MUNALI UPND member of parliament Mike Mposha has described the noise pollution complaint against his bar, Munali One, as shameful and politically instigated. Mposha, who is also Water Development and Sanitation Minister, has questioned why the petition has only singled out his nightclub, leaving out similar business facilities in the area.
