THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it has started issuing on the spot tickets for those who wrongly park their vehicles, especially in the Central Business District (CBD). And RTSA has insisted that speed cameras are still at testing stage hence people receiving tickets are not required to pay the fines just yet.
