THE Police have advised the PF not to proceed with their planned mass rally, saying launching a strategic plan requires people to be in a building where they can exchange views, not at public grounds. But PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Raphael Nakacinda says the opposition party would respect the law that grants them freedom to assemble, adding that no police officer or cadre can stop them.
