POLICE Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has refuted PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Raphael Nakacinda’s claims that police in Mfuwe initially attempted to block former president Edgar Lungu from attending the Malaila traditional ceremony. Lungu travelled to Eastern Province on Saturday after being invited by Senior Chief Nsefu of the Kunda speaking people to attend the traditional ceremony which was being held at Luŵaneni arena, in Malambo Constituency.
