FORMER Foreign affairs minister Joseph Malanji says what the Drug Enforcement Commission is doing is total bullsh*t and abuse of authority. And Malanji says he will explain how much he was worth before becoming a minister in court. Last week, DEC retrieved a second helicopter linked to proceeds of crime from South Africa valued at $1.4 million. In June this year, the Commission, in collaboration with other agencies, retrieved another of Malanji’s helicopters which was also allegedly linked to proceeds of crime from Zimbabwe.
