ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has advised prosecutors to secure convictions because indeed a crime was committed, and not by playing around with facts. And Kabesha has wondered why Zambians cry over how law enforcement agencies enforce the law, saying he has seen how other countries actually fight financial crimes and recover assets.
