THE Zambia Police Service has insisted that the Patriotic Front’s publicised mass rally slated for this Saturday will not take place due to security concerns. The police service says it has advised the opposition party to instead have the public procession towards the end of September, 2023. But PF Information and Publicity deputy chairperson Emmanuel Mwamba says the suggested date by the police command will not be obeyed.
