ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia Vice Chairperson Ally Simwinga says it’s problematic for the commission when men of God prophesy the winner of an election before official results are announced. And Simwinga says although there’s no perfect electoral process, the commission aims for optimum improvement. Meanwhile, Simwinga says the commission has 68 registered political parties but only five are active and participating in elections.
