ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Vice Chairperson Ali Simwinga says the commission has no doubt that it has performed to the satisfaction of most stakeholders. And Simwinga says it’s surprising how people think ECZ played a part in the nullification of the Kabushi and Kwacha seats when the commission actually defended Bowman Lusambo and Joseph Malanji in court.
