CONSTITUTIONAL Lawyer Dr O’Brien Kaaba says the reasoning of the ConCourt on appointments of judges is not convincing because the judgement lacked constitutional analysis. On Tuesday, The Constitutional Court refused to nullify the appointment of the 20 judges and ruled that the appointment of judges did not require advertisement to be made or interviews to be publicly broadcasted.
