JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says those who are getting compensated by the state for various atrocities they suffered at the hands of PF deserve it. And Haimbe has encouraged former PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri to go ahead and sue the state for compensation if she feels that she was wrongfully detained, but says compensation is not automatic.
