POLICE on the Copperbelt Province have picked up a clearing agent at Sakania border and a security escort in connection with the theft of 18 bags of copper concentrate valued at over US$85,000. According to a statement issued by Copperbelt Police Commissioner Peacewell Mweemba, the Head of security at Polytra Zambia identified as Jackson Kanyinga reported to the police on behalf of Kasungulu Logistics that the copper concentrate laden on a truck was stolen by a driver identified as Ernest Lenge, a Congolese national, with unknown people.
