POLICE in Mumbwa have arrested a 29-year-old Zambia Correctional Service officer stationed at Kitumba Correctional Farm for the alleged murder of a 42-year-old bricklayer. In a statement, Monday, Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga narrated that the suspect, Clifford Mubili, had sent the deceased, Richard Silwamba, to buy food for him, but when he delayed, the suspect got annoyed and hit him with a metal bar on his face.
