MINISTRY of Local Government and Rural Development Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Nicholas Phiri has called on politicians to stop politicising the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Recently, Socialist Party leader Fred M’membe said the UPND’s CDF policy was bound to fail because constituencies had no capacity to administer huge resources.
