FORTY one people have been arrested at Lusaka’s Intercity Bus Terminus in a joint operation conducted by Lusaka City Council Police, Zambia Police and Drug Enforcement Commission yesterday. According to law enforcement, the operation was conducted after members of the public complained of disorderly conduct in the area. Addressing the media shortly after the operation, Wednesday, Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga disclosed that from the 41 persons arrested, three are females and 38 males who were found trading illegally in the area. “As regards to the operation that we conducted ourselves the Zambia Police Service, DEC and the Lusaka City Council.
