THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested former mines and minerals development minister Richard Musukwa for possession of properties suspected to be proceeds of crime. And PF vice president Given Lubinda says it has now become a crime to own property under the UPND, arguing that soon, people would be required to present receipts for underwear. Musukwa was arrested yesterday after several hours of questioning. In May this year, DEC officers conducted a search at Musukwa’s house in Chililabombwe and seized several assets which include vehicles, a firearm, stones and a house.
