HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says the 3,000 health workers who have been successfully shortlisted during this year’s recruitment process are expected to report for work between December 26 and 28. And Masebo says the Zambia National Blood Transfusion Service has faced some challenges over the years like lack of adequate outreach vehicles for blood collection which remains a setback to the universal health coverage agenda.
