PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged the newly appointed ZAF Commander Oscar Nyoni and his deputy Arthur Kalaluka to work as a team. Yesterday, the President fired Collin Barry and replaced him with Major General Nyoni whom he also promoted to the position of Lieutenant General. He also promoted the newly appointed Deputy Commander Brigadier General Kalaluka to major general in the Air Force.
