THE Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB) says the declaration concerning the blessing of same sex couples issued by Pope Francis is not for implementation in Zambia. The Conference says the declaration should not be understood as an endorsement of same-sex unions, but rather a reflective response to numerous questions about the possibility of imparting a blessing on same-sex couples.
