FORMER home affairs minister Lameck Mangani says reviewing the country’s gun licensing system is not a solution to gun violence, stressing the need for personal responsibility. Last Sunday, President Hakainde Hichilema instructed Inspector General of Police Graphael Musamba and Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu to review the gun licensing system.
