TRANSPORT and Communications Minister Frank Tayali says government will soon remove smaller buses from the roads in order to ease congestion in most roads in Lusaka. And Tayali says the exchange rate has gotten to where it is today because the previous administration failed to resolve issues at KCM and Mopani.
