POLITICAL Scientist Dr Alex Ng’oma says President Hakainde Hichilema should consider firing and reshuffling some of his cabinet ministers who are not performing. In an interview, Thursday, Dr Ng’oma stressed the need for the Head of State to replace non-performing ministers with those that have capacity to deliver to people’s expectations. “It is important for the President to be considerate when making such appointments because we are looking for performance.
