TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) Executive Director Maurice Nyambe his organisation has established that nearly 50 percent of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) committee members do not declare interest during meetings. And Nyambe says despite some notable sprinkles of success, the UPND government has fallen short on some of the promises that they made to the Zambian people.
