FORMER Socialist Party Spokesperson Frank Bwalya and PF member Patrick Samwimbila have defected to the UPND. Others who have also defected include Christian Democratic Party deputy secretary general Cosmas Chileshe and Jairos Zulu who is senior member of the MMD.
