PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s political advisor Levy Ngoma says government cannot consult PF on the drought crisis because the opposition party wants to see President Hakainde Hichilema fail. On Monday, Shiwang’andu PF member of parliament Stephen Kampyongo said President Hichilema should swallow his pride and reach out to people who have dealt with the drought issue because it was not happening for the first time.
