FORMER Health minister in the MMD government Angela Cifire says it doesn’t require constitutional amendment to increase the number of women in Parliament because that’s something that can be addressed within political parties. During the commemoration of International Women’s Day in Livingstone, Friday, President Hakainde Hichilema said there was need to amend the Constitution to increase the number of women in Parliament.
